Island Eatings

No need to bring your snacks — in our palapa, all you need is your appetite. Giving international flavors a local makeover, the Blackbird Restaurant incorporates freshly-caught seafood and Belizean produce into every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you get hungry between meals, head for the water; our two tropical bars serve snacks and drinks alongside the largest reef in the Caribbean.

Stay Where the Reef Comes Alive

Tucked along the eastern coast of Central America, Belize is a place where nature writes the itinerary. Vibrant coral reefs fringe the coastline, lush rainforests stretch inland, and the rhythm of daily life moves with the sea. English is the official language, but the air carries a melodic mix of Creole, Spanish, and Garifuna, echoes of the country’s Afro-Caribbean, Mayan, and Mestizo roots. Just 25 miles offshore, Blackbird Caye awaits, located along the edge of Turneffe Atoll, a protected marine reserve within the largest reef system in the Western Hemisphere.
