Because many advance logistical arrangements have been made prior to the running of our tours, we must adhere to our cancellation policy (below). Travel Guard insurance, our insurance carrier, will reimburse your tour fees and airfare if you cannot travel due to personal illness, or if an immediate family member becomes ill, preventing your planned travel. Travel Guard insurance can also cover any delays and interruptions due to weather or air schedule disruptions. In addition, please be aware that many insurance policies do not cover illness and accident expenses outside of the U.S., and Medicare does NOT cover any such expenses at all. In light of this, we strongly recommend trip cancellation and supplemental insurance.

• Children 6 & under are free, 7-11 half price when sharing a room with parents. Children 12 & older are full price. No    discounts for certified divers under age of 12.

Packages:
All packages include airport reception, boat transfers on Wed. air on Sat. (resort management discretion as to transfer), lodging, meals, and use of hammocks and kayaks.

• Dive Package includes three dives per day, air, tanks, weights & belts. Other equipment available for rental.
• Snorkel Package includes two guided snorkel trips per day
• Dive/Snorkel Combo Package includes four days of diving and two days snorkeling.

Not Included:

Package prices do not include international airfare, bar drinks (soft drinks and alcoholic beverages), gratuities, dive equipment rental, $40 marine reserve fee for the Blue Hole or hotel tax of $4.50 per person, per night. These charges cannot be pre-paid and are collected on the island the day before departure.

Please note:

Transfers to/from the island are on Wednesdays and Saturdays from Belize City. Transfers on Saturdays are by air from Belize City's Goldson International Airport, and on Wednesdays by boat. There are no activities on the days of arrival or departure for arriving or departing passengers.

Note that flights must arrive at Belize International by 3:00PM. From the marina it is approximately a 1 1/4 hour boat ride to the island. Departure from the island is approximately 8:00 A.M. You may arrange your flight to depart any time after 1PM.

If traveling any day other than specified transfer day, a special air charter can be reserved at an additional cost of $250USD one-way (subject to change) for two passengers.

Accommodations are:

Standard Cabanas: (units 1-5) beach front, air-conditioned cabanas with private porch with hammocks, two double beds, ceiling fans and private bath with shower.

Superior Cabana: (units 6-10) beach front, air- conditioned cabanas with private porch, hammocks, coffee pots, mini frig., CD player, sitting areas, cabanas have 2 queens or 1 king bed with private bath with shower.

Deluxe Cabana: (units 11, 12 & 14): Each suite has a private bedroom with king bed, ceiling fan and air-conditioning unit. The spacious living room has chairs, love seat and table as well as mini-refrigerator, coffee pot, CD player plus air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Large bathroom has shower with additional storage area. Private porches with hammocks.

Triplex (3 private rooms) & Duplex (2 private rooms): (units 20-24) Private rooms are air-conditioned with two double beds per room, private bath, shared porch with hammocks.
